60-Night Results Guarantee We offer a 60-night guarantee from the date of delivery. If you've consistently followed the included 4-Week Protocol for the full guarantee period and haven't seen results, contact us at caliverllc@gmail.com to request a refund.

To qualify for a 60-night guarantee refund, the device must be shipped back to us in working condition. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund minus a $9.99 return shipping and handling fee. We'll provide return shipping instructions when you contact us. Proof of consistent use (e.g., a few details on how the protocol was followed) may be requested to help us continue improving the product.

Simple unopened returns If you'd like to return an unused, unopened item for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. In most cases, we won't require you to physically return an unopened item — instead, we may ask for a photo showing the unused item and its condition to process your refund quickly.

Damaged or defective items If your Sleepy Guard alarm arrives damaged or malfunctioning, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval (or, for 60-night guarantee claims, within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned device).
